Term & Conditions

ON LINE BOOKING:

• All normal reservations must be paid in advance to guarantee the space, 25% deposit can be made in advance or payment on date of departure is also acceptable.
• Deposit need for group client as the guarantee of the booking.
• Price based in USD dollar, another currencies will be converted based on daily rates

CANCELATION POLICY :

• BTR adventure reserve the right to cancel the adventure due to water or weather conditions. If we have to cancel an adventure due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the adventure moved to another day as agreed by client side.
• You will not get refund if:
  • • If you give a notice less than 1 day.
    • If you miss the tour departure (you are not turn up, sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

• We are cannot be held a responsible for changes to tour schedule for reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockage, ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances).

PAYMENT :

• Payment should be made to our account in full amount. Any bank charges occurred must be paid by the remitter. Payment cash can be made once we meet you at the hotel is also accepatble.
• For Group Booking with deposit guarantee.

AGE RANGE :

• Adult : Maximum 65 years old
• Child : Between 5 – 12 years subject on river choices

PARTICIPANT :

• The tour required minimum 2 person
• For single booking will be additional 50%
• For group booking with special rate.
