We booked a day tour with Bali Tubing & Rafting, they picked us up from our hotel in Seminyak, driver was punctual and courteous. Once arrived, approx 2 hours drive from Seminyak, we got changed, they have toilets etc. available at the starting point, and we hired some sandals for IDR 25,000 as our normal thongs (flip flops) wouldn't work in the river. At a couple of times we had to get out and walk a little bit. Our driver Made was awesome and very safe, the river was flowing constantly, so you were basically going through rapids the whole time - Great! At the end there were showers and towels provided to freshen up before the buffet style lunch - byo drinks, but at a very reasonable price. After lunch the driver took us back to the hotel, once we got back we realised that our daughter left her wet clothes at the end point. We contacted BTR via WhatsApp and got a quick reply and they sent us a photo of the clothes to confirm that the clothes they found were ours. Within 2 days, one of their drivers had dropped the clothes back to our hotel. Super service! Thanks again.

We organised the day before with a driver picking up our family of 4 from our hotel 30mins south Ubud. Friendly staff with priorities on safety and having fun. This was our first time and the views were amazing with clean water. Sometimes it can get a bit bumpy or rough but it was all fun. Remember to put sunscreen on your legs (knees) as after 2 hours we did get sunburn. You will get wet and I recommend hiring their velcro sandals for $2 AUD a pair. The rest of your gear will be stored in a waterproof bag taken on the journey- you can leave your other items in the car with the driver who meets you at the end of the journey. Showers provided and nice fresh towels supplied at the end to change/dry off. The lunch provided was excellent. We had heaps of fun and it was definitely better than expected :)

Friendly Staff and very professional. The river is so clean and amazing..! They have an awesome nature view around. After we are done with Rafting, they welcome us with Balinese lunch buffet at their bascamp with hotel’s taste , we ate twice . Actually not only us but other group too..! They have very good and clean area to take a shower and clean towel provided :) WORTH TO TRY :) Thank you Pak Wayan

We loved this experience. This company has really fun, charismatic and also clearly experienced guides who are really good at reading how involved you want to be in the experience. We were clearly on the keener side of their guests so we travelled faster than a lot of other rafts and took trickier lines where possible. I have nothing bad to say about the company but will say that the river is quite shallow and not the most exciting, apart from the 4m drop towards the end!
